Our demonstrator in September is to be Chris Grace who proposes to show a safe and unusual way of turning a winged bowl.
Chris is a very talented wood turner who ably entertained members during our November 2014 meeting when the theme was Spinning tops.

Lessons to be learnt!
All members come along to our monthly club meetings to enjoy the evening and to learn a little more about the craft and art of woodturning.
The programme for the August meeting was to show a woodturning demonstration DVD.
The idea was to gauge members’ thoughts and comments as to whether for a future meeting having a video link to a professional demonstra- tor’s workshop would be a workable idea once a viable internet link could be established at the Elmcroft Centre.
